Whether experienced self-builders or first timers the need for experienced help and guidance may mean the difference between getting a satisfactory or a really outstanding result.

At Briman we have been working closely with self-builders, builders and architects for over 40 years and are ready and willing to provide professional advice on design, specification, satisfying building regulations, meeting planning conditions that apply to conservation areas, working on buildings in national parks or areas of outstanding national beauty (AONB) and refurbishment or conversion projects in heritage or rural settings.
