Technical Support

As a rule, we do not offer an installation service to our customers as they often prefer to arrange the installation themselves - either using their builder, carpenter or doing it themselves.

However, this does not mean that our technical expertise is not available to help you whenever you might need it. We are frequently able to provide guidance or liaise with your builder or carpenter to provide valuable technical support at all stages of the project.

Examples could include:

• Constructing window openings
• Specifying suitable door frames
• Advising on suitable fixings
• Providing advice on finishing materials which complement the timber being used
• Guidance on maintenance - how to look after your joinery to ensure it gives you the best long term performance possible

Our technical service is freely available to help you, your builder or carpenter make the most of the investment you are making to enhance the appearance and add character to your home.
